The Therapy

There was a season in my life when I reached one of the lowest points I had ever known. There were days when I smiled on the outside, but inside, I was exhausted. My mind was crowded with worries, my heart was heavy with questions, and the future felt uncertain. There were moments when I didn't even know how to pray. I believed in God, yet I struggled to find the words. My emotions seemed louder than my voice. Then, something beautiful happened. Music became my therapist. Not because music replaced God, but because God used music to reach places in my heart that words could not. Sometimes I would wake up with a worship song already playing in my mind. Other times, while listening to a hymn or a worship song, I would suddenly find myself crying—not tears of hopelessness, but tears of release.
